Job Description

• Supervise and train AV crew
• Operation of all audio-visual equipment with the aim to provide high quality technical standards
• Setup and teardown of AV equipment, led wall at events
• Setup, program and teardown of analog and digital audio mixer at events
• Setup and teardown of lighting at events
• Serve as sound and lighting technician for events
• Ensure that the audio-visual equipment is tested and in correct working order before use at an event
• Investigate equipment faults and recommend actions to rectify
• Maintain audio visual equipment including routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of video and audio equipment, LED video wall, wireless technology, computers, projectors, and video conferencing equipment
• Coordinate integration with specialty audio visual equipment as needed
• Responsible for cord management & safe set up and dismantle
• Provide regular feedback to Company on communication issues and service improvements
• Liaison with project manager regarding the exact audio-visual requirements for events. This will include assistance with PowerPoint presentations, audio and video conferences

• Singaporeans or PR ONLY
• Experienced Sound, Lighting and AV Technician. Live video mixing experience will be an advantage.
• 2+ years experience training and supervising AV crew.
• Diploma holder will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Events Management

•⁠ ⁠Plan, organize, and execute in-person and virtual events such as webinars, career talks, and workshops.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate logistics, venue setup, and equipment for physical events.

•⁠ ⁠Oversee event registrations, attendance tracking, and post-event follow-up.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with speakers, trainers, and external vendors for seamless execution.

2.⁠ ⁠Digital Marketing

•⁠ ⁠Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

•⁠ ⁠Manage social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and XiaoHongShu) by creating and scheduling content.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, identifying opportunities for optimization.

3.⁠ ⁠Content Creation & Media Production

•⁠ ⁠Conceptualize, create, and edit engaging marketing collateral, including graphics, presentations, and videos.

•⁠ ⁠Film and produce high-quality video content for marketing and training purposes.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain and update content repositories to ensure consistency across platforms.

4.⁠ ⁠Lead Generation & Campaigns

•⁠ ⁠Drive lead generation initiatives through targeted campaigns, email marketing, and paid advertising.

•⁠ ⁠Analyze data to identify trends and refine strategies to improve conversion rates.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with sales and recruitment teams to align lead generation efforts with organizational goals.

5.⁠ ⁠Administrative Support

•⁠ ⁠Ensure smooth setup and operation of webinars, including managing technical platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.).

•⁠ ⁠Maintain an organized events calendar and marketing schedule.

•⁠ ⁠Track budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

•⁠ ⁠2-3 years of experience in events coordination, digital marketing, or related roles.

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).

•⁠ ⁠Strong creative and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent organizational and project management skills.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for safe, efficient transportation and delivery of customer catering orders and practice safe food handling procedures at all times
• To adhere to assigned schedule while delivering orders in a safe and timely manner
• Loads and unloads equipment and food on and off of catering vans
• Checks catering order sheets while loading catering van to ensure all equipment, food and supplies being sent are correct
• To conduct a trip inspection of delivery vehicle to ensure it is in proper working order and coolers are holding temperatures
• Report any safety issues and/or temperature holding concerns to supervisor to resolve any issues before proceeding to use the vehicle
• Maintain equipment sanitation including but not limited to: vehicles, holding boxes/bags, beverage dispensers, etc
• To ensure compliance to local legislation and industry standard of food safety system, in-house Food Safety Management System
• To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Superior from time to time

Requirements:

• Must have Class 3 driving license
• Able to work on weekends & public holidays
• Have initiative and hardworking with positive attitude to learn and contribute
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
