Responsibilities

• Coordinate and hands on in the events and meetings set-up, in accordance to clients'requirements
• Manage pre- event preparation and provide on-the-day support as required by clients
• Co-ordinate with clients, F&B and logistics suppliers pre / during / post for the events
• Manage quotations and administrative work related to the events.

Events Management

• Assist and support organisation’s annual signature events and social integration programmes in accordance with organisational objectives and standards to actively engage Club Rainbow’s beneficiaries and their families.
