We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our fast growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales for a consumer footwear brand. You will also be responsible for:

• Marketing Strategy and Planning:

We would want to speak with you if you are / have –

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce best practices.

• Work with external parties and customers to plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with assigned projects
• Establish project objectives policies, procedures, and performance standards within boundaries of company policy and contract specifications
• Coordinate with engineering staff to discuss such matters as work procedures, scope-and -scheduling and work sequence, project-specific safety plans, etc.
• Initiate and maintain liaison with concerned parties and other contacts to facilitate project activities

Overall Role Purpose:

Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the revenue generation of the geographically assigned sales territory (portfolio). You will be expected to develop, service, retain our existing customers as well as acquire new business opportunities.
