Core Responsibilities
● Organize and execute music, lifestyle, community and F&B events for venues under the company’s various business units. Execution will involve dealing with various F&B tenants, community stakeholders, clients and partners.
● Research, brainstorm creative ideas, develop proposals and presentations. Areas of idea generation can range from new lifestyle and F&B event concepts, new business ideas, and new collaboration partners.
● Manage resident schedules to ensure smooth constant live music performances at various venues.
● On-site execution of events and corporate bookings to ensure smooth delivery for clients.
● Off-site backend planning for events and live shows/concerts (Budget, Licenses)
● Excellent communication, interpersonal skills between department colleagues, suppliers, clients, internal and external parties.
● Assisting in the supervision of junior staff and interns, where required.
● Assist the department with administrative and logistics needs for both internal and external events.
Requirements
● Preferably with 2 years working experience in related fields.
● Diploma/Degree in Events Management, Arts Management or a related field.
● Preferred experience in music, production and/or artist management, though not a must.
● Able to start immediately - with the ability to work occasionally on Weekends.
● Highly organized, a collaborative team player, and a creative problem-solver.
● Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
