Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting the Infrastructure Build team to put together the plan and monitoring each of the activities into completion.
• Responsible for coordinating with infra delivery resources required to complete the infrastructure build, and implementation, working with the infrastructure architects, the engineering team and the build team.
• Highlight and propose a revised plan if there is a conflicting resource, timeline or unrealistic expectation of infrastructure delivery/build time.
• Monitor and analyse the implementation of each infrastructure project. Recommend re-prioritisation based on the sensitivity, urgency, priority, and type of projects (e.g. compliance/regulatory) and the approval requirement.

· Consolidate the plan against the actual end-to-end cost required to deliver infrastructure projects. Recommend optimization of cost by consolidating similar infrastructure components and timelines.
