Main Duties

The ideal candidate will be leading a large accounting team, responsible for full set of accounts and monthly closing/reporting. Candidate will also work on the financial planning and analysis, drive the cost efficiency, coach team members. Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, independent, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

·· Responsible for month-end closing, preparation of monthly financial reports, and other reports as required by management. Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger

· Review and monitor financial performance vs. budgets and prepare cash flow forecasts

Job Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production, assembly, installation, and commissioning of equipment. You will manage the entire project lifecycle from the design phase through execution, ensuring successful project closure and handover. You will work closely with internal stakeholders on the routine projects, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure compliance with quality procedures and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project management lifecycle from design to project closure, including pre-delivery checks, testing, and handover.
• Attend project kickoff meetings to understand project scope, schedules, and deliverables.
• Coordinate the preparation of project drawings and documents, and review and implement change orders and amendments.
• Coordinate and schedule engineers and technicians to meet project deadlines.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, coordinate with subcontractors, and gather information from suppliers.
• Manage pre-delivery testing, on-site installation, termination, and commissioning of equipment.
• Conduct technical reviews of plans to ensure compliance with codes and regulations.

JOB SCOPE

To be able to manage and execute the company projects in building construction which covers:

• Ability to oversee the entire process and knowledgeable in project management relating to all operational and administration procedures
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budget estimates, resource allocation, and risk management strategies for projects.
• Carry out project planning, cost control and project documentation
• Provide the direction in construction planning, coordinate works with sub-contractors, Client and Consultants to ensure overall construction progress based on schedule of works

Job Responsibilities（工作职责）:

1. Assist the Project Manager & Senior Project Manager in the planning and execution of the Project.
2. Close supervision, management and execution of construction works at site, including monitoring work progress and quality adherence to specifications, performance of sub-contractors.
3. Ensure proper documentation and records of site works are carried out.
4. Work closely with the Safety Personnel to ensure all construction safety requirements are met and strictly adhere to.
5. Work closely with Technical Team on any technical issues arising from site and lead the supervision and resolution of work onsite.
6. Ensure the work complies with authority regulations & requirements and project deadline is met.
7. Any other duties that may assigned from time to time by Superiors.

Job Requirements（工作要求）:

1. Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering (Certificates must be recognized by PE Board)
2. At least 10 years of experience in Civil Engineering & Infrastructures works. With a actual experience of large-scale public building renovation and good relationship with the authorities will be preferred.
