We are looking for an experienced Digital Strategy and Application Solution Manager to drive digital transformation initiatives within the maritime sector for our client. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise and project management skills to drive innovative solutions and digital strategies in the maritime sector, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological advancements. Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills are essential as you collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful digital solutions.

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead strategic IT projects, applying agile methodologies and innovative solution design to optimize operational efficiency and align with business goals.

Responsibilities:

· Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions for business applications.

· Analyze processes and implement improvements to boost operational efficiency.

· Identify digital needs, document specifications, and align projects with transformation goals.

· Manage projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

· Design, test, deploy, and maintain IT solutions while managing stakeholder expectations.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize application support and digital transformation projects.

· Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and set performance standards.

Requirements / Qualifications:

· Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Engineering or other relevant disciplines.

· Hands-on experience with BI tools and report development.

· Proficient with project management tools.

· Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and leveraging these tools to enhance business processes and analytics.

· Ability to incorporate AI/ML methodologies to optimize workflows and decision-making.

· Good understanding of maritime business processes, project management concepts, and quality standards.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

· Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a similar role, preferably within the maritime sector.

· Proven track record in Business Application Support, BI tools, and managing small to mid-scale projects.
