  • Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role in a five star hotel housekeeping or related environment

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Oversee daily clinic operations, including health screening and GP services
• Manage the front-of-house, including reception, patient check-ins, and customer service
• Ensure smooth and efficient patient flow, from registration to consultation and follow-ups
• Lead and support front-line and back-office staff, including receptionists and administrative personnel
• Oversee management of patient appointments, follow-ups, and record-keeping efficiently
• Address and resolve inquiries, complaints, disputes and issues with patients / external stakeholders with professionalism
• Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and healthcare professionals as needed
• Actively source and strategies to smoothen operational flows and enhance patient experience
• Work with external partners / clients / vendors (e.g. laboratory services) in ensuring accurate billing, and troubleshooting associated disputes
• Ensure proper filing and storage of medical forms, reports, and legal documents
• Maintain and monitor inventory, including medical supplies and clinic equipment
• Work closely with business development team in sourcing and maintaining corporate relationships
• Contribute to marketing efforts, including promotions and awareness campaigns
• Oversee hiring and training of staff
• Manage staff scheduling, assignments, and training to ensure optimal service levels
• Oversee clinic finances including accountability for profit and loss of clinic
• Oversee billing processes, insurance claims, corporate invoicing, cash collection, control measures and other financial operations
• Regular checks and audits on claims submission e.g. PMI, CPF, Govt Agencies etc
• Regular checks and audits on payment collections of credit card, cash, NETS and cheques from patients
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
• Monitor clinic performance metrics and develop improvement plans when necessary
• Support management in identifying opportunities for process improvement
• Any other duties as may be assigned by Immediate Supervisor and/or the Management

Qualification & Experience: -

• Possess at least Diploma in any field
• Previous experience in healthcare or clinic management role
• Good understanding of health screening, GP operations and front-of-house management
• Passion for working in in healthcare industry
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in clinic management software, Microsoft Office, and other digital tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

JOB SCOPE

• Work closely with the Various Departments to provide operations and delivery
• Ensure proper filing of documentations
• Inventory issuance and control
• Process purchase orders, invoices, packing lists and other shipping documents related to import and export of our products and Local Shipping
• Ensure timely replenishment of stock and fulfilment of customer orders.
• Bill and receive incoming goods in the system.
• Negotiate pricing, terms & conditions with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards and services.
• To maintain proper and accurate record of stock inventory inclusive of inventory check and stock count.
• To prepare and submit all required inventory reports weekly, monthly, etc.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min 3 years of relevant purchasing & Inventory and shipping experience.
• Relevant experience in Inventory and logistic
• Able to multi-task.
• Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Can start work immediately will be preferred.
• Those who have experience using CIN7 will be preferred.
