Role Description

We are looking for a self-starting, cheerful, client-centric, and helpful individual to join our team. The Customer Service Executives assist our team of Real Estate Consultants by answering inbound enquiries, qualifying buyers, and coordinating viewings. Wealth Management Executive Officer

Area of responsibility

Administration (Front)

• First point of contact to help with client onboarding.
• Prepare documentation for bank account opening.
• Actively maintain and update client database.
• Monthly recording of AUM for the preparation of fee calculation.
• Liaise with internal (compliance and Finance department) and external parties (custodians, insurance etc) to ensure smooth and timely account servicing & opening.
