Our client is a private own international company that provide services in trade industry. They are looking for an Admin personnel to join the team within short period

Admin Assistant

• Assisting Operations Managers with responsibility to the Region in performing day to day operational tasks
• Receive shippment information from clients
• Process documents/tracking of shipments, coordinate phone all with agents to solve issues
• Perform data entry - create shipments, save documents related to shipments
• Keep information updated in system
• Preparation of regular reports, input and maintain accurate data

Requirements:

• 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in similar capacity
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
