You will be joing the Operations Team and shall be responsible for the documentation and commercial coordination of the business as illustrated below:

1. Coordination:

i. Part of the Operations team for order processing, export and import documentation.

iii. Update Finance with the status of banking negotiations, Revenue/ Shipments done every month along with the shipment log and expense statements.

iv. Filing of all documents in an orderly manner from Audit perspective.

v. Provide information required for preparation of MIS by the management

About the role

As our Facilities Management Project Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting the efficient management of building projects, term contracts, and maintenance initiatives. About the Role

If you are looking to kickstart your career in finance or take on a new opportunity within this field, we are seeking a new Accounts Executive to join our vibrant Singapore office.

In this role, you will support with a range of finance tasks across both sales and purchase ledger and quickly take on significant responsibilities within the team.
