Job Descriptions

• Prepare full set of accounts
• Data entry AP & AR, Bank reconciliation
• Prepare GST, accounting schedules
• Conducting periodic account closing operations
• Maintaining a neat and proper filing system for all accounting and/or taxation reporting documents
• Respond to client inquiries
• Maintaining up-to-date customer master data records
• Follow-up and coordination of tasks with internal and external stakeholders
• Familiar with Xero accounting software
• Handle sensitive information in confidential manner

Requirements

• At least diploma and above
• Fresh graduate are welcome
• Detailed and careful person
• Preferably able to speak/write/read in Mandarin to liaise Chinese clients
• Proactive and willing to learn
• Experience in administration would be an advantage

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm

We're looking for an Events Executive to help our client and play an important role in crafting epic TCG tournaments and conventions.

You'll be the driving force behind unforgettable events, connecting with passionate fans and building lasting memories.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and run conventions and TCG tournaments.
• Liaise with external partners to ensure seamless event execution.
• Handle all logistical aspects of event planning, from venue booking to on-site troubleshooting.
• Manage event budgets and collaborate with the marketing team for cohesive branding and promotion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in event management, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.
• Strong understanding of trading card games and/or gaming culture.
• Proven ability to manage events and work with various external partners.
• Willingness to travel.
• Only Singaporeans & PR.
