This is a full time role for a Warehouse Executive located in the West Region. Our client is the leading manufacturer and distributor of components for Factory Automation, Press Die and Plastic Mold, Electrical & Wiring Parts, Tools and MRO items.

You will be responsible for ensuring timely order fulfilment by managing daily operations, planning staff tasks, and handling overtime. They conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies between the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and physical stock. Efficient storage management and communication with other departments, like Finance, are essential to meet business needs. Safety compliance, including hazard identification and procedure improvements, is prioritized. The role also involves submitting weekly inventory reports, investigating discrepancies, and reporting stock adjustments as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics Management or relevant discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant logistics experience in warehouse operations
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for warehouse operations will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office

Supplying such as Marine Engines, Industrial Power Equipment, Energy System, Engineering Services and Spare Parts in Singapore. The role focuses on managing export shipments, including preparing commercial documents such as invoices and shipping paperwork, coordinating with the warehouse team, and arranging shipments with external vendors like freight forwarders. It also involves handling Letters of Credit, processing purchase orders, and issuing shipping instructions across various regions. Key responsibilities include negotiating delivery costs, monitoring inbound shipments, tracking logistics expenses, and addressing claims related to shortages or defective parts. Additionally, the role requires preparing reports and handling other assigned tasks as needed.

• Maintain procurement records and documentation.
• Communicate and work very closely with the project team for preparation of the invitation of the request for Proposal and administering of the purchase requisition and award consent with the project team.
• Collaborate with procurement team in day-to-day procurement operation.
• Collaborate with Project Leads in project budget monitoring.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Engineering, Science, Construction Management
• Min 2 years of experience, preferably in water and wastewater or waste to energy industries
• Good knowledge and experience in procurement role in the past covers purchasing and associated contractual administration works.
• Positive thinking and with supportive atmosphere amongst the procurement team
• Preferably with those with good knowledge of mechanical works cover fabrication and piping works
• Conversant of purchasing exercise and familiar with associated contractual terms and conditions for Procurement Works related to EPC Works.
• Experience in auditing and its procedures and compliances.
• Good oral and written command in English and with effective communication skills with all levels and he/she shall be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
