Job Description

• Manage and maintain our HRIS system, including data entry, report generation, and system updates.
• Provide comprehensive HR support to employees, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and performance management.
• Assist in various HR projects, such as talent acquisition, employee engagement initiatives, and policy development.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Handles day to day office operations.

Create purchase orders, check orders, submit invoices, claims etc

Handles workers wages, check time card and submit to accounts.

Answer phone calls, handles email and basic operations.

Materials order, enquire materials pricing and compare among suppliers.

Sourcing for specific materials required when needed, check for compliance with regulations or approved brand.

Job Description:

· Handle sales enquiries and order processing

· Provide administrative support to ensure sales efficiency.

· Attend to customer enquiries, generate sales orders, delivery orders and customer invoicing

· Maintain good relationships and rapports with customers and buyers via email and telephone

· Maintain a well-organized record of customer database

· Other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirement:

· Candidate must possess at least a higher secondary/ NITEC, Diploma in any field

· Working Location: 60 Benoi Road (Beside Joo Koon MRT)
