Job Title: Social Worker & Outreach Assistant Manager, E-Commerce Fulfilment Training Centre @ Lakeside (1 year contract)
Job Description
The Social Worker & Outreach Assistant Manager will provide support and interventions to persons with disabilities at the E-Commerce Fulfilment Training Centre. He/She is committed and service- oriented and works in collaboration with other agencies and partners to reach out and provide support to persons with disabilities in the provision of training and job placement support. He/She will work closely with other Allied Health Professionals in supporting persons with disabilities towards gainful employment.
Job Responsibilities
• Conduct needs and intake assessments
• Perform case planning and goal setting
• Implement case plans and interventions
• Review casework interventions for improvements
• Conduct closure of cases upon achieving sustainable service outcomes for clients
• Maintain case notes, documents and prepare social reports
• Plan, facilitate and evaluate group work interventions
• Support, implement and evaluate employment-related development initiatives
• Administer pre and post clients’ survey
• Interview clients and create client profiles for in-house marketing purposes.
Outreach
· Be engage in outreach events and activities to secure partnerships and referrals of clients and identify
placement opportunities with (SSA’s / SPED’s / IHL’s)
· Conduct learning journeys to visiting orgs/corps
Requirements
· Degree in Social Work or equivalent
· Able to work well with team members to deliver employment outcomes for clients
· Passionate in working with persons with disabilities
· Possess good knowledge & experiences with social work interventions and social policies
· Competent in administration and organisation of case notes and recordings
Salary range: $3820 to $4500
