Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Otoko Ten Ten. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring efficiency and maintaining the high standards of food preparation and cleanliness we are known for.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation, including cutting, slicing, and portioning ingredients such as fish, meat, and vegetables.
• Support the cooking of Japanese dishes such as donburi and Japanese curry according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace by washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Monitor and restock kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed.
• Assist in plating and packaging dishes for dine-in or takeaway orders.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe and clean kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.
