Job Responsibilities

· Proactively visit existing and new specialist doctors to establish strong relationships and identify new business opportunities

· Acitively generate new business by introducing doctors to the imaging MRI centres, driving referrals and ensure sustained partnerships

Purpose and Scope

This position is responsible for fulfilling the purchasing requirements for SembWaste and Sembcorp Environment Energy from Waste Plant, and spend categories includes Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Business Partnering

• Actively engaging business stakeholders, translate business requirements to sourcing strategies to deliver business requirements.
• Understand business priorities and guide stakeholders to propose and execute the operational strategies with consideration to risk mitigation and governance.
• Work with business stakeholders to provide support to drive compliance to Sembcorp policies.

Sourcing & Contract Management

• Perform Source to Contract process, lead and perform negotiations with suppliers.
• Leading RFx creation/management, market research/analysis, data collection/analysis, and contract management (cost, terms and conditions, SOWs, MSAs, etc.).

Supplier Management

• Conduct Supplier Performance Evaluation and establish Preferred Supplier List jointly with business stakeholders by relationship management so as to deliver maximum productivity benefits.

Cost Management

• Ability to analyze total cost of acquisitions/ownership and provide optimum value to business. Deliver cost saving goals, delivering value beyond savings.

Business Process improvement

• Ability to work with business to drive efficiency and effectiveness in the process.

Admin Support

• Provide advice to internal stakeholders on all procurement-related matters and ensure they are compliant with Group Procurement Policy.
• Perform vendor screening, supply market research and analytical studies to identify and select potential suppliers to be added to the pre-approved vendor list.
• Ensure all supporting documents are in place prior to creation of Purchase Requisitions in SAP system.
• Support periodic reporting to track historical procurement data for consolidation and improvement.
• Any other duties assigned by Manager.

Required Competencies

• Diploma / Degree holder with minimum 4 to 6 years’ of procurement experience.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Demonstrate ability to work in a cross-cultural setting, and to be able to manage stress and time to deliver results.
• A strong team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision. Passion for business partnering.

Job Responsibilities:

- Middle Office provides post-sales support to the Sales team and assists internal Operations teams especially Policy Administration and Claims team in interacting with Intermediaries and Client HR
