Job Description:

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, ensure customer satisfaction,
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene; practise workplace safety at all times,

• With F&B background in middle management roles and responsibilities,
• To oversee outlet operations and ensure that all SOPs are strictly complied with,
• Plan staffing schedules and resolve outlet operational issues,
• Lead and motivate staff in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction,
• Assist in adhoc duties as and when required.

Job Description

• Design and calculation of building's structural engineering works
• Conducting technical feasibility study, life cycle study and planning for building engineering.
• Preparation of study reports, design reports, technical notes and public consultation papers.
• Preparation of tender documents and technical specifications.
• Evaluation of tenders and preparation of tender assessment reports.
• Provide support in project management and contract administration for building engineering contracts.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on design experience in building and/or infrastructure projects
• Good project management and technical skills
• Team player and able to work independent with minimal supervision
