1. Main Duties and & Responsibilities:

• Handle the AP (Account Payable), expenses, banking & reconciliations;

Job Description

About the role:

Accounts Executive, Payroll

Reporting to the Accountant, we are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Accounts Executive, Payroll to manage the hotel’s payroll system, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of wages in compliance with applicable tax laws and Four Seasons Hotel Singapore policies. This role requires knowledge of any Payroll software, strong technical expertise in payroll processes and accounting principles.

What you will do:

• Accurately input and process payroll data for the preparation of cheques.
• Review employee status changes and ensure correct data entry into the payroll system.
• Reconcile discrepancies in pay cheques with Department Heads or individual employees.
• Assist with the reconciliation of Banquet and F&B outlet tips and service charges.
• Conduct annual payroll audits for each department and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain and file all bi-weekly payroll documentation.
• Support month-end processes, including payroll journals and accruals.
• Ensure payroll taxes are accurately collected, remitted, and filed in a timely manner.
• Ensure labour law compliance regarding overtime, job classifications, and service charges.
• Prepare labour and productivity reports for discussion with Department Heads and the Assistant Director of Finance.
• Assist with special audits such as Workers' Compensation and Labour Compliance.

What you bring:

• Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in payroll or accounting, ideally within the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in payroll systems, with experience in TIMES Payroll being an advantage.
• Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and payroll-related financial reporting. Knowledge of relevant labour laws and regulations regarding payroll, payroll taxes and employee compensation.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Job Description

• Participate in the design and development of electrical systems, from concept to implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and timely delivery
• Analyze and interpret complex electrical schematics and technical specifications
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for new electrical projects
• Develop and maintain electrical system documentation, including drawings and specifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on project development
• Proficiency in circuit design, analysis, power systems, and control systems
• Strong knowledge of national and international electrical standards and regulations
• Demonstrated experience in technical leadership and project management
• Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software
• Solid understanding of BIM and digital design tools
• Ability to write clear and concise technical specifications
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Experience in managing small to mid-sized teams
• Familiarity with electrical safety standards and best practices
• Proven track record of successful project delivery from concept through construction

Responsibilities

• Preparation and filing of corporate and property tax returns, payments, reports and maintenance of the Company’s tax database. Monitor and ensure the timely payment of tax liabilities
• Assist in monitoring tax audits and inquiries, including preparing responses and providing necessary documentation
• Gather necessary data for tax provision and compliance purposes from finance and execution teams

Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Minimum Diploma in Finance/Taxation/Accounting
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)

Your main duties are as follows:

• Adhere to hygiene and safety standards

• Take reservations and enquire purpose of visit.

• Present menu and share promotions, specials, and items to customers.

• Take food and beverage orders, repeat orders to guests, and inform guests of the estimated time to serve.

• Oversee a team of servers who are assigned to his/her shift.

• Key orders in the Point-of-Sale system efficiently.

• Process payment and check bills promptly.

• Assist the restaurant manager by getting involved in planning and organizing special events.

• Check food and beverage inventories and stocks in a consistent and accurate manner.

• Complete opening, operating, and closing procedures.

• Handle problems with cashier payments.

• Escalate guests' complaints to the duty manager if unable to conduct service recovery.

• Adhere to the company’s standard operating procedures

• Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned

Working Hours: 6 days work week, including weekends & PH.

• Greeting customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing friendly, efficient service.
• Operating cash registers, processing sales, handling various payment types (cash, card, mobile), and issuing receipts.
• Accurately scanning and bagging merchandise, ensuring correct pricing and quantities. This may involve handling meat items, so comfort with that is important.
• Keeping the checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Assisting with stocking shelves, replenishing inventory (including meat items), and performing light cleaning duties.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures, especially those related to loss prevention and safety (which may be particularly important for a meat-focused store).
• You may be involved in promoting meat items, like informing customers about special offers or new products. This could involve some knowledge of different cuts of meat and cooking methods.

• Customer service and sales skills (including recommending products)

• Comfortable standing for long periods

Do you qualify?

Regular Responsibilities

• To organise and manage matters relating to correspondences and reports within the Service Division - Business Centre Asia
• Organizational duties including but not limited to Powerpoint presentations, memo preparations, management statistics and evaluations within the Service Division.
• Back office system (SAP) organization and maintenance
• Handling of customer complaints
• Training co-ordination within the Service Division
• Organization and maintenance of customer contracts.
• Planning and organization of on-site customer management meetings and reviews.
• To handle other matters related to Service Division as and when such matters arise.
