• Billing, checking patient's details, past invoices, appointment records, and checking payment records using Clinic Assist software
• Assist in appointments, operating theatre, ward, and other related bookings
• Assist in patient queries and divert calls to relevant parties
• Advise patients whether cashless payments can be extended for their visits
• Submission of claims through various insurance portals
• E-filing of patient details/chats with patients
• Prepare instruments and assist the surgeon independently for minor surgeries
• This role will require standing in as a chaperone for patients

Main Duties:

• Trade Marketing Support:

Assist in the development and execution of trade marketing strategies.
Collaborate with sales teams to implement promotional campaigns and events.

Job Scope:

• Work closely with stakeholders in the development and implementation of policies and response plans, including overseeing the smooth operation and execution during peacetime preparedness, Disease Outbreak, Civil and National Emergency management
