We are looking for Assistant Nurse Educator in our Education and Training.

Key Responsibilities

• To assist in the conduct of training needs analysis of all clinical nursing areas/departments.
• To develop, implement and evaluate clinical based education programmes to meet the competency and learning needs of all levels of nurses.
• To facilitate clinical supervision and support for newly employed nurses in the respective units by conducting induction and continuing nursing education programmes .
• To collaborate with the nurse Managers/Clinicians and other health professionals on relevant staff development and in-service education.
• To assist in developing curriculum following constructive recommendations on training/practice issues in order to meet the current educational needs of the hospital.
• To assist in the preparation, review and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs) and clinical competency checklists for the department.
• To perform regular assessment of nurses’ competencies to ensure maintenance and continuous improvement of professional and quality nursing standards.
• To collaborate with Nurse Manager/Clinician in the performance appraisals of staff in his/her department.
• To exercise prudence in the utilization of nursing education and training budget and be accountable and responsible for the budget assigned per project.

Requirements

• Diploma of Nursing or Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Singapore Nursing Board Practicing Certificate for Registered Nurses.
• Post-basic Specialty Certificate in Nursing Education or equivalent.
• Valid BCLS and AED certificate, preferably as Instructor.
• At least 5 years clinical experience as a Senior Staff Nurse or Clinical Instructor.

Working Hours

• 8am to 5.30pm (Monday to Thursday)
• 8am to 5pm (Friday)

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Processing guest check-ins and room assignments following hotel’s rate structures, discounts, sell/upsell strategies and accommodate to special requests whenever possible
• To provide assistance when required for luggage’s, safety box, additional guest room keys, transportation etc.

Other Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NITEC in any field
• Required language(s): English, preferable one other spoken language
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in a related field
• Required skills(s): Opera, Marriott, Hotel, Diligent, trustworthy, articulate
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Hotel Management/ Tourism Services or equivalent

- Monitor and supervise dogs during group play sessions, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests

- Feed dogs according to specific dietary instructions and administer medication, if required.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kennels, play areas, and common spaces.

- Overnight Care: Provide overnight supervision and care for dogs staying at the facility, ensuring they are comfortable, secure, and attended to throughout the night.

SUMMARY:

Responsible for the daily shift operations of Housekeeping and Internal Laundry. Directs and works with employees to ensure property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained. Completes inspections and holds people accountable for corrective action. Position assists in ensuring guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget. TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Managing Housekeeping Operations

• Ensures guest room status is communicated to the Front Desk in a timely and efficient manner.

The Technology Operations Executive is responsible for maintaining and managing critical systems, ensuring 24/7 service availability.

Responsibilities:

1. Batch Service Management

· Oversee daily batch processing on mainframe and distributed systems

2. System Maintenance

· Perform regular backups for DB2, DBC, and AS400 systems

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Manages all events & rooms sales enquiries, dealing from receipt of request to contracting and payment.
