Summary:

• Women Gynae clinic
• Basic salary up to $4000
• AWS + Variable bonus
• 5.5 days work week @ 8.30am - 5.30pm, 9.00am - 1.00pm
• Location: Orchard (5 minutes walkable from Orchard MRT station)

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries
• Liaise with patients about appointment scheduling and patient registration
• Process insurance claims, manage payment collections and issue invoice
• Assist with simple procedures in the treatment room
• Perform inventory stock check and place order if necessary
• Provide basic patient care services
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Key Requirements:

• Min 2 years of experience in specialised clinical setting
• Proficient in plato system, and medical insurance processing
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate effectively with Mandarin speaking patients

As a Finance Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing key financial processes such as invoicing, reconciliation, audit support, and other general accounting tasks. This role supports the finance team in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial transactions and plays a critical part in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Responsibilities

• Issue sales invoices, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with relevant requirements.
• Process customer payments and ensure accurate application to customer accounts.
• Prepare reconciliation between CRM and ERP systems during the month-end to ensure the accuracy of billings.
• Collaborate with the accounts payable colleague in a buddy system to ensure smooth operations in both accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparing audit schedules and journal entries.
• Assist with internal and external auditor requirements, including accounting-related documents and records.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in accounting, with a preference for those who've navigated the automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software systems, preferably CRM and ERP.
• Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word etc.)
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
