Position Overview

AsiaOne is seeking a Senior/Social Media Executive to join our Digital Amplification & Content Creation team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping our social media presence, not only by optimising the amplification of content from other teams but also by actively creating original, engaging native content. If you're a creative thinker, a skilled copywriter, and a visual content creator with a passion for connecting with audiences, we want you on our front line, setting the tone for AsiaOne's unique, trendsetting DNA.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior/Social Media Executive at AsiaOne, your core responsibilities will include:

• Researching, conceptualising, and creating captivating content for our social media platforms, including memes, infographics, and short video edits.
• Managing our presence on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, including monitoring, moderating, publishing, curating, analysing, and strategizing content.
• Shooting and producing short-form videos for TikTok at press events and media previews.

Requirements:

• Singapore Citizens/Permanent Residents
• 1-3 years of experience in social media management is preferred, but fresh graduates with a strong passion for digital content creation are encouraged to apply.
• 5 years of experience for Senior Executive position.
• Diploma or Degree in Communications, Graphic Design, or related fields.

Admissions Operations

• Support the delivery of a personalised experience (visit of otherwise) for each prospective parent and pupil that reflects on the Brighton College brand
• Answer Admissions phone calls and emails and/or direct appropriately
• Manage the Enrolment process for families, including supporting their on-boarding and collection of all relevant documents prior to joining the College
• Assist with the promotion of the school at internal and external events with prospective new parents throughout the year
• Other duties as directed by the Leadership team

Parent Support

• Manage feedback and enquiries from enrolled families, directing queries to the appropriate parties
• Support post-enrolment parent by assisting/directing them appropriately (e.g. replacement of parent ID, car decal, troubleshoot meal top-ups etc)
• Support the off-boarding process for pupils who are leaving the College by liaising with the relevant staff
• Administer and prepare reports on parent surveys.

Reception/Front Desk

• Maintains a daily presence at the Pre-Prep office, in support of parents, pupils and Pre-Prep staff
• Liaises with the school nurse and class teachers as required.
• Supports parents who need to enter and exit the campus outside ‘normal’ pick up and drop off times
• Receives and cares for children who have not been picked up on time, as requested by staff
• Supports requests from teaching staff, in liaison with the School Secretary
• Maintains security by following procedures
• Deliver exceptional customer service to parents
