• Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
• Invoice preparation and follow-up, financial statement reconciliation
• Update intenal accounting databases and spreadsheets
• Responsible for management and budgeting of cash flows
• Review effectiveness of internal controls with respect to payment cycle
• Updatig of cashbook and timely posting to the Genral Ledger
• Assist in the monthly closing of accounts includig preparation of accounting journals and quarterly GST filing
• Handle general office administration matters
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as required

Job Summary

The Water Treatment Marketing Support Executive will be crucial in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our water treatment products and services. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge of water treatment processes and strong marketing acumen to communicate our value proposition to clients and stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support the promotion of our water treatment solutions.
2. Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the water treatment industry.
4. Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and webinars to showcase our products and services.
5. Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and website content updates.
6. Provide technical support to the sales team by articulating product features, benefits, and applications effectively.
7. Foster relationships with key customers and industry partners to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
8. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies for maximum impact.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in environmental science, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing support or product management within the water treatment or environmental sector.
3. A strong understanding of water treatment technologies and processes is highly desirable.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information.
5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management).
6. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
8. Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of membrane filtration technologies (Nano Filtration, Reverse Osmosis).
• Familiarity with water quality parameters and analytical methods.
• Experience in market analysis and product positioning.

Working Conditions
