Our Medical Services team is critical to the success of Doctor Anywhere. About the role

We are seeking a Principal Executive, Virtual Care to join our team. As an English congregation youth ministry worker, you will work closely with the pastor in charge of the youth ministry (13-18 years old) to grow and develop the youth ministry, playing a crucial role in raising the generations of disciples and disciplers for Christ. Aside from ministry work, you will also help support the planning and coordination for youth services and events.

Responsibilities

• Assist the youth pastor in pastoral care, preaching and teaching.
• Support the youth pastor in leading small groups and mentoring youths
• Be involved in the ministry’s strategic planning and development.
• Plan, coordinate and lead youth ministry events.
• Provide administrative support for the ministry, including Saturday’s youth service
• Any other duties assigned by the youth pastor.

Requirement

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree holder; theological training preferred.
• Prior experience in serving and ministering in a youth ministry
• Good organizational, administrative, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate for young people.
• Dedicated team player.
• Required to work on Saturdays and Sundays (Mondays off).

POSITION SUMMARY

• Plan and manage all marketing, advertising, publicity, and promotional events for the assigned brand(s) according to set guidelines

• Manage Public Relations, event, creative and production agencies

• Support the store Business Goals

• Support the CRM and increase existing base of VIP customers

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize and oversee advertising / communication campaigns and promotional events

• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures

• Translate copy for marketing distributions (social media posts, EDMs, press releases etc)

• Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities

• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance

• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

• Make periodical store visits to better understand the business marketing needs

• Build effective working relations with Brand Manager and store teams

• Monthly engagement with Store Manager at store level

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum a Diploma / Degree in Marketing

• Minimum 5 years & above of solid working experience in marketing planning, promotional programs development and execution, with excellent commercial insight and good analytical skill

• Good working knowledge of Ecommerce, digital media, media strategy, marketing, or retail marketing

• Agency experience preferred

Job Responsibilities and Duties

Sales

• Manage and grow the assigned hospitals / clinics / polyclinics sectors.
• Gather and give feedbacks on competitors’ activities
• Communicate business trends internally within the team and to Manager.
• Analysing and investigating price, demand and competition.
• Monitoring performance of existing products
• Submit daily / weekly / monthly reports on activities, call planning and sector analysis to Manager.

Product/Marketing

• Organize and/or participate in talks, events and product exhibitions.
• Promotional activities for product
• Ensure the smooth running of promotions in the assigned hospitals / polyclinics / clinics sector
• Regular blitz in the assigned hospitals/ polyclinics

Job Requirements

· Incident Servicing/Customer Support

· Respond to customer queries or issues in a timely and accurate way via phone or email.

· Ensure smooth closure of the incident within the stipulated timeframe according to the incident severity assigned.

· Analyse the available data and find the root cause of the problem or understand the query.

· Able to handle multiple incidents, ranging from simple to complex in terms of difficulty, from different customers simultaneously.

· Assist Team Lead in managing and updating customers for higher priority or critical incidents.

· Prepare Documentation

· Assist Team Lead to create reported issues or queries as incidents in the Product Support Portal.

· Assist Team Lead to review incident updates and documentations

· Contribute to Product Support/Product Development

· Consolidate customer complaints or product improvement requests from Product Support Engineers.

· Feedback to Team Lead on customer complaint(s) or product improvement(s).

· Suggest to Team Lead on process improvement(s).
