Trade Operations:

• Analyze contractual terms and obligations to meet shipment requirements for dry bulk commodities (e.g., coal, iron ore, bauxite, copper concentrate, lithium, etc.).
• Review sales and purchase contracts post-trade to verify timing, commodity brand, and payment terms.
• Coordinate vessel nominations, including load and discharge port agent details, and stowage plans with relevant parties.

Job Scope:

• Ensure the cleanliness of pantry, utility areas and meeting rooms items. This includes, but not restricted to:

i. Wash up cups, plates and cutlery including washing of teacup sets etc..

ii. Maintain cleanliness of all the pantry and the pantry storeroom inclusive of the appliance in the pantry such as refrigerators, microwave ovens, coffee machines, surface cleaning of hot drink/water dispensers, basin & etc on daily basis.

iii. Carry out cleaning of refrigerators on a monthly basis.

iv. Daily stocktaking and replenishment of items in all the pantry, meeting rooms and utility area (e.g. biscuits, beverages, stationaries, paper);

v. Monthly stocktaking and update the inventory list of the pantry items and stationery and report to officer in charge when the supplies are running low.

• Ensure operational readiness of meeting facilities and functionality of the pantry and utility areas. This includes, but not restricted to:

vii. Conduct daily checks of state of all the meeting rooms, pantry, and utility areas to ensure that the aircon, lights, projects, furniture, clock, stationery, coffee machines, vending machines, printer and other non-IT items are in order. Report to Officer in Charge on any faulty or missing items. At the end of the day, ensure that the lights and projectors are switched off before they go off and perform other duties assigned.

viii. To report all faults to Officer in charge upon detection through the fault reporting channels. Some examples of faults include leaking or choking water fixtures, overflowing litter bins, presence of spillage etc.

• Attend to VIP official functions such as lunches, tea receptions, etc, donning proper attire such as black coat and pants. The tasks would include, but not restricted to:

i. Setup/layout of room.

ii. Prepare and serve food/beverages.

iii. Serve catered food;

iv. Reinstate the room to its original layout after events; and

v. Remove and wash all utensils and kitchenware.

• Support for the client's sensing work – leverage analytics and social listening tools to measure effectiveness of campaigns to further strengthen engagement and re-engagement efforts, and provide insight to various youth trends and interest through an online lens.

• Provide additional support for ongoing tasks if required.

Requirements:
• Degree, preferably related to the field of work.
• 2 years of relevant experience in communications or equivalent.
• Proven knowledge and experience in multi-channel communications including mainstream media, social media, traditional and digital media platforms
• Familiar with social media and/ or email marketing. Understanding of other digital marketing practices and platforms (eg. SEO, SEM, web analytics, Google Analytics etc.) is a plus.
• Have strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Comfortable dealing with statistics.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Possess a macro perspective of issues and an eye for detail.
• Able to adapt well and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Be a team player who is effective, resourceful and takes the initiative in work.

Contract Period: 1-year
