Responsibilities:
• Assist in the organisation of quarterly Board meetings. This may include the procurement of meeting venues and refreshments, preparation of meeting related materials and other logistics related to the Board meetings.
• Assist in the management of Board members including the on and off-boarding of Board members, coordination of attendance, etc.
• Be responsible for the timely documentation of work completed.
• Organise and assist in the Records and Knowledge management activities which may include meetings, reports generation, activity tracking etc.
• Any other tasks/projects as assigned.
Requirements:
• Trained in any discipline
• Up to two year working experience will be preferred
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Good stakeholder management and effective communication skills
• Good organisational, planning and execution abilities
• Meticulous, self-motivated and willing to push boundaries and attempt new challenges.
• Good team player who is able to work independently
Work Arrangement
• Contract Period: 1 Year
