• Address Discrepancies: Report any cash discrepancies to the Duty Manager, Front Office, Accountant, Financial Controller, and General Manager. Resolve issues within 24 hours.
• Cash Count: Conduct surprise cash counts of floats and the Cash Machine monthly, ideally twice a month with the Accountant or Financial Controller.
• Cash Limits and Deposits: Keep the Cash Machine balance below $20k, including cash floats. Deposit any excess in the bank with a Security Officer present.

Account Services Executive ( Client Servicing )

The Account Service Executive is responsible in managing clients and coordinating with internal and external partners. He/she will be part of the events teams, working along side with our projects teams to deliver a successful event.

Responsibilities:

• Pre-sales and marketing support activities
• Resourceful & able to effectively explore and conclude sales opportunities
• Able to actively generate new accounts & maintain existing accounts
• Responding to sales enquiry, prepare quotations & customer accounts
• Maintain good relationships with overseas and local clients
• Be able to work with various departments to ensure deliverable
• Manage and work on event related documentation and administration
• Quotation, invoicing and payments
• Exceed customer satisfaction
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of Experience in Sales/ Event Industry
• Diploma equivalent cert. & above

Job Description

• Verify revenue accuracy and review transactions, reporting any discrepancies to the Account Manager/ General Manager.
• Perform trial balance and credit card reconciliations and follow up on guest ledger accounts.
• Handle inter-company transactions, including processing debit/credit notes, resolving disputes, and managing commissions.
• Perform cashier reconciliations, monitor transactions, and ensure proper record-keeping.
• Manage billing and prepare receivables reports to support a smooth month-end closing process.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.
• Conduct general office administrative tasks, such as managing documentation, filing, record maintenance, and inventory of office supplies.
• Assist with basic HR functions, including maintaining leave records and tracking employee attendance. Maintain and update employees’ personal data files.
• Apply for work permits and manage matters related to the Ministry of Manpower.
• Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirement(s)

• Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel.
• A collaborative team player with a positive work attitude.
• Hardworking, eager to learn, and adaptable to new challenges.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking effectively.
• Holds a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Possesses at least 1 year of relevant work experience.

Project Coordinator/ Logistic cum Operations Executive

Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily deliveries and update project team and client directly when there are changes/ hiccup in schedule.
- Direct and follow-up with incoming materials and outgoing finished products to ensure prompt delivery to customers.

- Responsible for the preparation of appropriate and accurate delivery schedule report for Senior Project Managers.

- Attend all coordination meetings and work closely with clients, main contractors, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.

- To liaise with procurement team for procurement of equipment according to project schedule.

- Assist in tender preparations and technical submissions;

- Ad hoc assignment as and when required.
- Assist in office administrative matters

Requirements

- Experience in customer service will be appreciated

- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes

- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- O Level or Diploma in Business or other related field
- Good documentation and communication skills
- Good knowledge in Excel and Word
- Good working attitude and able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
