• Select and Set up instruments ,equipments and material
• Sterilize instruments, follow strict infection control protocol
• Assist the dentist through 4 handed dentistry
• Keep the operatory well stocked
• schedule appointments and assist with payment procedures
• Registration and discharge (dispensing medication, collecting payment, arrange appointments and provide reminders, etc.)
• Managing inventory and ordering stock
• You will be the touch point for patient enquiries (be it in person, on the phone, chat or by WhatsApp), and ensure that patient records and other supplies are in order.
• You will have to make sure the clinic environment is kept clean and welcoming.
• Submit medisave claims, lab cases, as well as insurance/other claims
• Other duties that may be added over time

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least O’ Level graduate or similar education level.
• At least 2 Years(s) of experience in car workshop administrations and/or in the related field is required for this position preferably.
• Knowledgeable insurance claim procedures will be preferable.
• Required language(s): English & Mandarin for liaising with associates on general admin duties
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage teams to drive growth of brands
• Developing and implementing action plans to achieve sales targets
• Providing training to staff to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to perform their job effectively
• Reviewing and addressing performance issues of retail staff in a timely and effective manner
• Ensuring that staff comply with company SOPs
• Collaborating with store in-charge and retail staff to resolve internal and customer conflicts
• Supervising, coaching, and motivating retail staff to work towards common objective
• Participating in and providing feedback on the effectiveness of store activities and brand events
• Monthly reporting on gelato production to ensure cost efficiency and avoid stock loss
• Maintaining and monitoring the equipment to ensure they are in good condition and advising if any maintenance needs to be performed
• Maintaining adequate stock levels in stores to optimize sales performance
• Controlling replenishment and delivery schedules

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a F&B / Retail Operations position
