We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Account Receivables Finance Executive to join our digital services company based in Singapore. • Follow up on payments received, outstanding invoices, delayed payments, and other reconciliations.
• Reconcile and balance all payments recorded in collection book.
• Update and reconcile credit card payments, credit card inquiries and chargebacks.
• Perform month end closing activities.
• Ensure all postings, payments and transactions in PMS and POS system are accurate and tally.
• Any other ad-hoc assignments.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel; able to work independently with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
