Accounts Executive, Payroll

Reporting to the Accountant, we are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Accounts Executive, Payroll to manage the hotel’s payroll system, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of wages in compliance with applicable tax laws and Four Seasons Hotel Singapore policies. • Peruse the bank statements and identify donations received for recording in Donation Management System (DMS). To liase with the relevant parties to obtain necessary information for recording purpose (e.g. through fundraising department or liase with donors).
• Check monthly GIRO instruction file prepared by associates and upload to bank portal.
• Review records entered by associates in the DMS for donations received through various platforms and collection modes.
• Prepare monthly accounting entries relating to donations in MS BC.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of (i) recurring credit card deductions between actual amount received in bank and DMS records; and (ii) donation records between DMS and our accounting system (i.e. MS Business Central 365).
• Maintain project codes, payment mode, donation source in DMS, including creating new codes and deactivating unused codes.
• Oversee the donation mailbox to ensure that mails are followed up.
• Issue and safekeep keys and locks for donation boxes.
• Handle donor's enquiries relating to collections and tax deductible receipts.
• Prepare the annual donation data for IRAS submission.
• Liaise with Compliance officers and external auditors on audits relating to donations.
• Ensure smooth running of DMS for recording of donations. Address day-to-day issues with IT and vendor.

Other AR functions

• Collect & bank-in cash & cheques received through mail opening and our service centres.
• Prepare and submit statements for application of fundraising license and matching donations from funding agencies.
• Perform quarterly variance analysis of donation income for all departments and service centres.
• Prepare annual budget (including variance explanations) and upload approved budget onto MS Business Central 365.
• Liaise with HR/fundraising department on mail opening matters.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by reporting officer or head of department.

The Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for identifying, analysing and disseminating actionable threat intelligence to support the organisation’s cybersecurity posture. This role involves evaluating external cyber intelligence sources, correlating data and synthesising this information to provide insights into the threat landscape facing the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor open-source and restricted channels for relevant threats, vulnerabilities and indicators of compromise.
