• Peruse the bank statements and identify donations received for recording in Donation Management System (DMS). To liase with the relevant parties to obtain necessary information for recording purpose (e.g. through fundraising department or liase with donors).
• Check monthly GIRO instruction file prepared by associates and upload to bank portal.
• Review records entered by associates in the DMS for donations received through various platforms and collection modes.
• Prepare monthly accounting entries relating to donations in MS BC.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of (i) recurring credit card deductions between actual amount received in bank and DMS records; and (ii) donation records between DMS and our accounting system (i.e. MS Business Central 365).
• Maintain project codes, payment mode, donation source in DMS, including creating new codes and deactivating unused codes.
• Oversee the donation mailbox to ensure that mails are followed up.
• Issue and safekeep keys and locks for donation boxes.
• Handle donor's enquiries relating to collections and tax deductible receipts.
• Prepare the annual donation data for IRAS submission.
• Liaise with Compliance officers and external auditors on audits relating to donations.

About the role:

• Data entry and maintain accurate complete account transcations
• Handles (Non-trade) Accounts Payable Function
• Accurately review a high volume of supplier invoices and ensure all documentation is correctly approved prior to payment
• Ensure prompt payment in accordance wth credit terms and prepare payments.
• Review monthly vendor reconciliation and statements are followed up.

About you:

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

• Perform end to end recruitment process from sourcing, interview, selection, offer, negotiation to on-boarding of new hires.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify their business needs and requirements as well as to assess candidate’s suitability for the role.
• Review the effectiveness of our existing sourcing channels, and to explore new sourcing channels in building our talent pools.
• Ensure necessary on-boarding documentation and activities are completed promptly and accurately.
• Able to handle work pass new application, as well as orientation (hiring to onboard)
• Any other duties or projects as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience from construction industry
• Excellent communication, planning, organisation, interpersonal skills and able to work independently
• Able to handle high volume of transactional work

Working Location:Caldecott / Jurong East
Contract Duration: 9 Months
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Basic Salary: $2,980 per month

Responsibilities:

· Support the execution of financial operations such as fixed asset management (including year-end audit), donated funds management etc

· Undertake any other assigned tasks

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy

· Experience in Fixed Asset Accounting.

· Candidates who have prior work experience in the government sector will be preferred.

· This position will be based at Jurong East effective from April / May 2025.
