This role involves supporting the team in maintaining systems and processes that facilitate various services to ensure smooth hospital operations and service delivery, while also providing general assistance with operational matters related to Allied Health and Operations.

What you'll be doing

• Support linen and laundry operations by ensuring adequate stock levels for the wards, collaborate with the infection control team for inspections.
• Assist therapists with SMF applications, mobility device orders, and funding claims to the Ministry of Health
• Support the team with contract management by generating monthly reports to monitor expenses, performance satisfaction, and ensuring quality and continuous improvement
• Track the expiry and renewal of all service and maintenance contracts, including sourcing quotations and preparing vendor evaluations
• Facilitate inpatient meal processes to enhance food quality and patient experience
• Addressing feedback from ward staff, patients, and their families
• Help develop and maintain a filing system for existing and new services and pilot project, contributing to the establishment of effective work processes and operational procedures

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree level and above in related studies
• 5 - 6 years of experience in similar setting, preferably in Hospital setting

Key Responsibilities :

Assist the Corporate Secretary in handling a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with ACRA and other relevant authorities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Knowledge of regulatory filings with ACRA via BizFile+ is highly preferred.
