RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Troubleshoot and provide technical support to users on hardware peripherals, software, networks, servers and business applications
• Setting up computer hardware peripherals and performing server installations, administration and maintenance when required
• Ensure all hardware peripherals are updated/ installed with latest security patches/ antivirus to prevent security risks
• Hardware and software inventory upkeep to ensure inventory accuracy
• Performing and monitoring daily data backup
• Liaising with external parties on IT issues and purchases
• Provide 24/7 offsite support on a rotational basis
• Any other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min 1 year of experience in related field
• Min. Diploma in Computer Studies/Science or related field of study
• Possess sound knowledge and experience in networking infrastructures and web architectures

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4000 gross (uP TO $2800 Basic + Min Comm $400-$1000) + Monthly incentive + Yearly incentive + Performance Bonus + 14 days annual leaves

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to understand their needs and business goals.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts by understanding client needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Proactively seek new business from potential clients and upsell or cross-sell to expand account value.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Regularly monitor account performance, usage, and satisfaction to identify opportunities for account growth or potential risks.
• Prepare account plans, forecasts, and reports to track progress against goals.
• Ensure timely delivery of products or services, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
• Negotiate contracts, renewals, pricing, and terms with clients.
• Work closely with departmental head and finance teams to ensure agreements meet company standards and compliance.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and client industry developments.
• Use insights to advise clients and develop effective sales strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute account-specific
  sales strategies
• Create presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and account status in CRM systems.
• Provide regular reports on account health, sales forecasts, and sales activity to senior management.

Requirements:

• Min O level/ITE
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in sales, related industry is highly preferred
• Willing to travel to customer site when required
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
