• Manage monthly and ad-hoc payments to vendors.
• Reconcile vendor tax invoices with recorded tax amounts and ensure accuracy for GST submission.
• Perform periodic close activities for AP, including reconciliations and accrual management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support the implementation of best practices and procedures in the AP function.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Min 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP (Oracle, SAP)
• Knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
• Highly organised with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks
• Ability to multi task and manage competing priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Dynamic and adept in handling pressure effectively
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese to communicate with Chinese counterparts; fluency in Cantonese is a plus
• Candidates must meet legal requirements to work in Singapore without sponsorship
