Purpose of the post

The Research Assistant (RA) will be responsible to, and collaborate with, the Principal Investigator and study team members to conduct various research projects in the field of Paediatric Allergy & Immunology to ensure the successful completion of study measures in a timely manner to achieve high quality and impactful deliverables. RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of the Community Health Department, providing administrative and logistical support to our Service Points that provide day care and dementia day care services for seniors requiring personal care while their family/caregivers are at work or needing rest.

Facilities & Operations:

Support Centre Supervisor and Admin Manager in efficient and smooth running of the Service Points:

• Ensure upkeep and cleanliness of facilities, liaising with vendors on maintenance matters.
• Upkeep of first aid supplies and fire-fighting equipment. Ensure reception and meeting rooms readiness at start and end of the day.
• Assist workplace safety exercises e.g. fire drills in accordance with safety guidelines and regulations.
• Update all operational files and schedules.

Programme Support & Administration:

Support relevant Programme Supervisors with backend programme administration and coordination:

• Perform data entry, ensure that all clients' records are appropriately kept.
• Upkeep of relevant databases within the Service Points, including the use of shared IT platforms for centralized depository of documents.
• Support in collation of data and statistics for reporting and publication.

Front Desk & Secretariat Support:

HR:

• Provide support in on-boarding and off-boarding of staff, interns where needed.
