Functions and Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Water Treatment Marketing Support Executive will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our water treatment products and services. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge in water treatment processes and strong marketing acumen to effectively communicate our value proposition to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support the promotion of our water treatment solutions.
2. Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the water treatment industry.
4. Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and webinars to showcase our products and services.
5. Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and website content updates.
6. Provide technical support to the sales team by articulating product features, benefits, and applications effectively.
7. Foster relationships with key customers and industry partners to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
8. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies for maximum impact.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 1 years of experience in marketing support or product management within the water treatment or environmental sector.
3. Strong understanding of water treatment technologies and processes is highly desirable.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management).
6. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
8. Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of membrane filtration technologies (Nano Filtration, Reverse Osmosis).
• Familiarity with water quality parameters and analytical methods.
• Experience in market analysis and product positioning.

Responsibilities

Finance Activities

• Responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, effectiveness and efficiency of monthly journals, daily data entries and processes in the areas of Account Receivables, Account Payables, banking, month-end closing and quarterly GST reporting
• Processing of cheque and online payments
• System update of local Accounts Payable payment vouchers
• Posting and review of vendor invoices
• Reconciliation of vendor monthly Statement of Accounts & preparation of monthly payment cycles
• Monthly and weekly Accounts Receivable follow up to customers & coordination with cross functional departments
• Monthly reconciliation of Balance Sheet items
• Assist in monthly and year end audits, including audits for certifications such as ISO and TISAX
• Ensure proper filing of daily transactions
• Perform other finance/accounting tasks as required.

Admin Activities

• Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment for all staff
• Inventory Management: Manage and maintain inventories of office supplies such as stationery, printer consumables (including maintenance), and other office materials
• Purchasing & Procurement: Coordinate the purchasing of office equipment, including printers, furniture (chairs, tables, pedestals), and other office items or devices as needed
• Asset Inventory Management: Track, issue, and maintain company devices such as laptops, desktops, phones, and other electronic equipment, ensuring proper management and maintenance (including asset tagging)
• Health & Safety: Support the maintenance of a safe and compliant office environment, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards
• Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirement

• Diploma in Business/Finance/Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar capacity
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices
