We realised that there are too many fashion brands focusing only on how women should look, but not enough priority placed on how women would feel. Assistant Cook Job Description:

An Assistant Cook, or Assistant Chef ensures the kitchen is orderly and assists Cooks to prepare and arrange food.

Their duties include cleaning and sanitising up the kitchen area, washing dishes and utensils and ensuring that the Cook has everything required to run the kitchen efficiently.

Assistant Cook duties and responsibilities:

· Assisting the Cook in food preparation activities, such as cleaning, cutting, chopping and peeling food ingredients

· Cleaning and sanitising the food preparation areas based on company and industry hygiene codes and health and safety standards

· Washing, disinfecting and properly storing cooking and kitchen utensils and equipment

· Buying, weighing and storing ingredients and food supplies

· Operating a variety of kitchen appliances and instruments including cutters, knives, mixers and ovens

· Managing inventory, unloading supplies and organising the storeroom

· Participates in and/or contributes to programs, committees, or projects designed to improve quality of service and employee productivity.

· Maintains clean work areas, utensils, and equipment.

· Develop new menu items while improvising the existing ones.

· Maintain and manage kitchen expenses, food costs, inventory, and staffing with in budgetary limits.

· Able to cook local delicacies.

· Able to do shift work.

Job Description

• Contribute to teaching and mentoring of medical students and research PhD students where applicable.
• May have substantial involvement in overseeing core research facilities and technology implementation/ improvement.

Job requirement

• PhD with at least 5 years of postdoctoral research experience
• Possess in-depth knowledge, skills and expertise with potential to achieve research excellence.
• Proven track record in the form of high impact publications.
• Demonstrated capability of research independence.
• Possess strong writing and critical thinking skills, as well as good communication and presentation skills.

• BILINGUAL SPEAKING (FOR COMMUNICATION WITH COLLEAGUES)

•ASSIST IN HANDLING INDOOR PACKING ACTIVITIES.

• PICK UP GOODS & PLACE THEM IN DESIGNATED LOCATIONS TO BE READY FOR COLLECTION OR DAILY DELIVERIES.

• ENSURE PACKING LISTS (OR PICKLISTS) ARE PROCESSED 100% ACCURATELY AND ON TIME FOR COLLECTION OR DELIVERY.

• ASSIST DELIVERY DRIVER TO CHECK & LOAD GOODS UNTO VAN OR TRUCK.

• STACKING INCOMING GOODS ONTO PALLETS AND TRANSPORTING THEM TO THE DESIGNATED SHELF LOCATION.

• REPACKING OF BLISTER PACKS, BUNDLE ND ETC.

• OTHER DUTIES THAT MAY BE ASSIGNED FROM TIME TO TIME BY THE SUPERIOR.

• Able to work independently

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Cook with the preparation of meal ingredients, which includes washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping fruit, vegetables, poultry and meat
• Stir and heat soups and sauces
• Wash and store all cooking appliances, instruments, utensils, cutting boards, and dishes
• Organize and store food supplies properly in kitchen, cold room and storeroom
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• Able to perform spilt shift, work on weekends and public holidays
• Have initiative and hardworking with positive attitude to learn and contribute
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain updated records of product specifications & marketing materials, certification, delivery information and invoices.
• Work with buyers and in-house team to ensure all required documentation is identified and shared in internal database.
• Support the procurement team with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
• Maintain documentation workflow within the company.
• Work closely with QA and buyer to ensure all products meet the legal and regulatory requirements of the country’s product intended for.
• Ensure all product photos, videos and marketing materials are updated in internal database.
• Other relevant and ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor / manager.

Prerequisites

• Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or an administrative role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with purchasing software or ERP systems.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
