We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Dog Daycare Assistant to join our team. As a Dog Daycare Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a safe, fun, and engaging environment for dogs in our care. Your duties will include supervising playtime, assisting with dog feeding, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the well-being of all dogs.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise dogs during playtime and interactions to ensure safety and proper behavior
• Assist with feeding and administering medications as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized daycare facility
• Communicate with pet owners about their dog’s behavior, needs, and progress
• Follow safety protocols and emergency procedures
• Provide excellent customer service to pet owners

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with dogs (preferred but not required)
• Passion for animals and a strong understanding of dog behavior
• Ability to handle multiple dogs in a busy environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Physical ability to walk, lift, and care for dogs of all sizes
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Ideally, candidates should have a valid driver’s license for transportation of pets if needed

• Assist in preparation of the Monthly financial statements
• Responsible for day to day Accounts Receivables functions including maintain accurate records of Accounts Receivables
• Review AR aging and follow up on overdue accounts
• To assist in credit controlling and timely report on overdue AR
• Managing day to day operation of Accounts Payables function and expenses include managing payment processing matters
• Perform and supervise daily operation accounting functions. eg. Account Receivable, vendor payments, cash and bank transaction and inter-company
• Monthly closing of AP accounts and reconciliation with vendors’ statements
• Ensure proper and systematic filing arrangement is done in a timely and accurate manner
• Handle audit with external auditors
• Perform quarterly GST submission and other statutory reporting
• Perform Inventory stock take in warehouse
• Work with the intercompany and external customers to ensure Accounts Receivable issues are resolved on timely basis.
• Prepare and support on other statutory submissions as request by authorities including *group companies (eg: Corporate Income Tax, Transfer pricing and etc).
• Assist in other accounting duties as assigned by Finance manager/ Senior Manager (Finance)
