1. Cold calls to prospects.

2. Prepare monthly sales report.

3. Promote international air and ocean services.

4. Achieve sales target.

5. Identify potential clients and develop new accounts.

6. To manage sales and daily logistics duties.

7. Ensure high customer satisfaction.

8. Conduct Marketplace and research.

9. Identify and enlarge targeted customer base.

10. Ensure smooth freight service from pick up to delivery

11. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Manage store operations

Deliver customer service

Manage customer enquiries

Recommend customer products based on their preferences and needs

Daily housekeeping duties

Assist with ad-hoc duties assigned

Handle administrative function such as processing purchases and ordering stock

Requirements:

Relevant experience in retail sales preferred

Minimum diploma holders, EP welcomed

Able to work in fast pace retail environment

Able to work on weekends and public holidays, 5 day work week
