- Handle online enquiries, attend to walk-in customers, provide quotation and follow-up

- Perform a proactive attitude towards all incoming enquiries and work closely with customers to close deal

- Work closely with the internal support team on follow through activities

- Submit order to suppliers / factory

- Follow-up on closed orders with both customer and factory till job completion (included settlement of payment by customers)

- May have additional workload along the way
