The Behavioural Insights Centre of Excellence in SUSS is seeking a qualified research executive to support the study of “Development and Validation of a Platform Worker Occupational Well-being Indicator Tool”. The approach to this project will be through interviews, and surveys. The intent of the project is to develop and validate an indicator tool for platform workers to measure their occupational well-being. The project is scheduled to run for one year.

• Provide specialist advice on procure and contractual matters
• Administer the insurances which include Industrial All Risks, Public Liability, Marine, Terrorism, D&O, P&I insurances

Documentation and reporting

• Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders/purchase requisitions /schedule agreements/vendor’s profile, delivery orders, requisitions agreements, terms and conditions, vendor evaluations and all documents pertaining to the procurement and contract management functions
• Maintain supplier database - Create/update/delete of Vendor Profile in system (Xero)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 year in procurement experience, preferably in construction industry
• Able to use Xero or other procurement software
• Able to use Microsoft Office for Word and Excel and Adobe Acrobat
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

As a Healthcare Assistant (Inpatient), you will be responsible for the following duties:

Job Summary:

The Sales Operations Management Assistant supports the sales operations team by assisting with the coordination, planning and execution of sales activities. Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative Supports:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 2+ years of expenience in a sale support or administrative role, preferably in sales operations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
