What you will be working on

In this role, you will:

• Manage day-to-day operations relating to CPF LIFE, such as extracting and updating listings, ensuring accuracy in figures and identifying discrepancies when necessary.
• Liaise with internal departments and external organisations for day-to-day operations.
• Assist or lead testing initiatives, including liaising with ITPMs on drafting and conducting test scenarios for project enhancements.
• Provide support on reviews/enhancements of department’s systems and processes.
• Handle correspondences, enquiries and liaise with members of the public.
