XCL World Academy is seeking to recruit a professional, detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive to support the accounts department which holds high standards in maintaining accurate records and reconciliation of all accounts.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform AR Month-end closing tasks (Deferred Revenue, Bank Reconciliation, monthly AR Aging report).
• Various duties and functions, which includes issuing school fees invoices and collection of fees.
• Assist with the issuance of receipts.
• Providing fees computation for student contracts.
• Assist with refund status.
• Follow up closely on AR Ageing and AR Report.
• Monthly FPS (Fee Protection Scheme) Insurance submission.
• Handling walk-in parents and queries.
• Manage and handle yearly audit.
• Other Ad-hoc duties assigned by manager.

Position Requirement:

• A diploma / bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Management or a related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or similar role.
• Team player and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles & comfortable managing high volume of manual data in multiple systems.
• Excellent English Language communication skills (Verbal & Written).
• Excellent attention to detail & organised and methodical approach to tasks.
• Respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
