JOB DUTIES

• To prepare and execute remaining 5 online/classroom workshops. This includes publicity, registration, planning of logistics and operations, post-course activities (evaluation and issuance of e-certificate), as well as pre- and post-course admin support to participants and speakers
• To prepare for the opening courses for registration and related publicity materials
• Support bi-annual Call for Application in publicity and application review
• Collation and reporting of research outcomes to various authorities
• Verify claims received, follow-up for missing documentations and liaise with GR Finance and HQ colleagues to process claims
• Process various amendments such as budget adjustments, time extension and funding
• Liaise with design vendor for layout and timely publication

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least a good Diploma in Life sciences/Health Sciences or Business Administration with at least 2 years of experience in administrative support in biomedical/clinical research.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Experience in Training facilitation / event management / grant management is an added advantage
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects with tight timelines
• Strong team player who is proactive, results-oriented, and meticulous
