Responsibilities:

Perform daily warehouse duties including but not limited to

- Inbound (receiving of courier/sea shipment, receiving check, storage of inventory)

- Outbound (packing of orders, outgoing check, liaising with delivery drivers & customers)

- Stocktaking of inventory & management of warehouse

- Updating of inventory system, simple reporting

- General house-keeping duties

- Ad-hoc tasks may be assigned based on needs

Requirements:

- Experience in warehouse management advantageous but not compulsory

- Knowledge of tabletop games is advantageous but not compulsory

- Able to communicate well & is a team player

- Able to carry physical loads of 10kg and more

- Comfortable with the use of a computer (Excel, Gmail, Dropbox)

We are seeking a motivated and positive Sales Executive to join our dynamic and fast- growing team. The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting our catering and bento services. You will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, understanding market trends, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Identify and target potential clients in the corporate, hospitality, and event sectors.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online research.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  

Client Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Understand client needs and customize catering packages to meet their requirements.
• Act as the point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
  

Sales Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and improve service offerings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials.
  

Event Coordination & Follow-Up:

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services for events.
• Follow up with clients post-event to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Resolve any issues or complaints to maintain a positive client relationship.
  

Reporting:

• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Track and monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in business management, hospitality or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the catering, F&B, or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Build and maintain good client relationship and rapport.

• Actively brainstorming of creative ideas in improving catering services to clients

Requirement:
• Possess O Level / Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing
• Min 5 years and above of experience in Hotel Banquet/Catering/F&B industry with proven sales record.
• Able to converse effectively in English and Mandarin to manage Mandarin speaking clients.
• Self-discipline, proactive and have strong sense of urgency.
• Must be self-driven, dynamic, meticulous, creative and sales oriented.
