The job incumbent will assist the Purchasing Officer in handling the day to day operations of the Purchasing Department.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist in processing of documents such as Purchase Orders, Telephone Order Forms, enquiry forms for F&B tenders and indirect materials.

2. Updating of approved vendor's listing and vendor evaluation forms.

3. Prepares monthly report for petty cash.

4. Placing of orders for food service, indirect materials and re-order level of stock levels.

5. Sourcing of better priced and quality products.

6. Co-ordinate with the vendors or suppliers on the date and times of deliveries.

7. Able to negotiate with the various suppliers and/or vendors to get the best prices and quality products.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Position Duties

• Focused on the conversion of inbound and self-sourced leads
• Constantly on the lookout for new revenue opportunities, networking and strategic partnerships
• Build and adapt sales strategies to meet customer and business needs 
• Drive Sleek’s revenue growth by over-achieving KPIs and milestones
• Nurture prospect relationships through the sales cycle, ensuring alignment with Sleek’s product offering resulting in a long-term relationship
• Improve existing lead acquisition channels in conjunction with internal teams
• Identify product development opportunities through customer feedback and experiences

• A minimum of 5 years working with external clients, with a proven track record selling products
• Sales & Marketing experience essential
• Proactive with a positive attitude to roll up their sleeves and ensure targets are exceeded
• A networker by heart with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• A passion for technology and the local startup ecosystem
• Inside sales experience prospecting and qualifying leads
• Hubspot experience preferred

• Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly financial and management reports.
• Assist in cash flow management, including preparation of monthly bank reconciliations.

• Minimum Diplomaholder in Accountancy/ LCCI/ Partial ACCA/ CAT
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field for this position
• Able to work independently
• Able to keep full set of accounts and proficient in XBRL
• To maintain a filing system
• To handle GST reports
• Experience in Payroll will be great
• To assist in monthly budget and bank reconciliation
• Knowledge of Quickbooks accounting system.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

You will report to the Corporate Secretariat Manager and be responsible for handling a portfolio of corporate secretarial matters (both Singapore and overseas) including but not limited to the preparation of directors’ resolutions, liaising with various departments and assisting in the preparation and organizing of papers for board meetings, annual general meetings including preparation of minutes, Bizfile+ filings with ACRA and release of SGXNet announcements.

You will also ensure that statutory and regulatory requirements are met, registers and minute books and database of corporate secretarial precedents are updated and liaise with auditors and other service providers for information and documents.

Requirements:

• CSIS/ICSA qualification with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a corporate secretarial firm, law firm or public listed company.
• Experience in the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties and responsibilities
• Good interpersonal, oral & written communication skills (proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin will be an advantage due to the need to handle corporate secretarial matters for the Group’s subsidiaries in the People’s Republic of China and to liaise with China associates)
• Proactive, resourceful, meticulous and able to multitask
• Team player as well as able to work well with minimum supervision
• Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledge of Viewpoint (Secretarial software) and digital board meeting system are an added advantage

• Provide support in fundraising event planning
• Provide admin support relating to fundraising matters
• Assist in maintenance of fundraising donor management system
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

• GCE "A" Levels and above
• Possess experience in administration

• Design & manage regular email marketing campaigns
• Analyse & report on marketing data via digital marketing platforms
• Collaborate closely with international teams in US and Turkey
• Take on various ad hoc projects in marketing partnerships, media collaboration, and other key areas as assigned by manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
• At least 2 years of work experience in a marketing-related role
• Candidates with strong Digital Marketing skills (social media/influencer marketing, marketing automation, digital advertising) would have an added advantage
• Business acumen and ability to understand commercial concepts
• Self-starter with a strong desire to learn
• Action oriented with the ability to multitask
