• Assisting with daily operational tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and organizing files and documents.
• Managing communications and correspondence between different departments and external parties.
• Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and payments.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive databases, reports, and spreadsheets on organizational metrics, financials, and other related information.
• Identifying areas where improvements can be made in the organization, and contributing to innovation in operational processes.
• Map out annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
• Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
• Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.

Primary Responsibilities:

• To HUNT for business to achieve department's budget and target.
• To improve business development and maintain relations with overseas agents.
• To liaise with local sales/customers to grow the business and handle their shipment(i.e., providing booking confirmations, conflict resolutions, billing instructions etc).
• To attend enquiries from overseas agents and customers.
• To provide timely quotations to agents and customers, and follow up with the shipment activations.
• To provide and oversee sales leads to oversea agents and keep track of the progresses and outcomes.
• Collate customer's business trends, progress and statistics.
• To handle projects/shipments and support current project manager.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Arrange and attend overseas agents and customers' sales calls/meetings/visits.
• Handle RFQ / RFP / tender bid.
• To handle any ad-hoc projects/ assignments from time to time.
• Provide constructive opinions and suggestions for work improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma and above in Business Management, or in a relevant discipline..
• Min. 2 years of sales in logistics working experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Target driven and proactive attitude.
• Good proficiency in MS Office skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Sales Director to engage potential customers through various channels and convert leads into successful sales.

Job Requirements:

➤ Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
➤ Experience in B2B sales or marketing (Candidates without experiences are open to apply)
➤ Proficiency in Japanese language will be advantageous to communicate with clients in Japan.
➤ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to manage and interpret large datasets.
➤ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
➤ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
➤ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
➤ A proactive, results-oriented, and team-focused mindset.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related;

2. More than 3 years’ finance work experience, able to handle full set accounts;

3. Fluent in Chinese and English so that can liaise with Chinese counterparties;

4. Proficient in Office software, good Excel, and Word skills;

5. Familiar with accounting software, knowledge of Oracle is preferred.
