Manage the Associations Commons’s website and weekly eNewsletter. Execute regular sales and marketing campaigns to promote the brand and the value it delivers, increasing audience engagement and driving advertising revenue.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Weekly Editorial
- Manage website and social media accounts, including content upload and eNewsletter preparation.
- Email eNewsletter to subscribers and advertisers.
- Compile performance metrics (Eg. Engagement rates, click-through rates, etc) for each article and media, for management analysis and decision-making.
Regular Campaigns
- Implement sales and marketing campaigns over website, social media and email.
- Compile campaign performance metrics (Eg. Engagement rates, click-through rates, etc) for management analysis and decision-making.
General
- Stay on top of milestones and deadlines for above-mentioned activities.
- Work closely with editorial team and sales team to ensure smooth and timely channelling of content and information, so as to meet deadlines.
- Conduct ad hoc market research and competitor analysis, as and when required.
WORK HOURS
Full-time; 5-day work week (Mon – Fri).
- 2 days in office.
- 3 days flexi / remote, but subject to ad hoc need to be in office.

REQUIREMENTS
Karen & Karen is not looking for any specific qualifications or work experience because today’s economy is driven by creative cross-disciplinary applications, and we are training the individual from ground up. Accordingly, the following general qualifications, experiences and traits are important to us.
- At least a diploma in any business, accounting or STEM course of study.
- At least 3 years cumulative of corporate experience.
- Curious disposition, patience in learning, courage to make mistakes, grit to achieve, and a long-term visionary.
- Maturity to understand contexts and purposes behind different business functions, their interconnectedness, and their impact on one another.
- Maturity and courage to question operations, and enjoys brainstorming with team and sharing alternative ideas.
- Proficient in marketing software (Eg. HubSpot, web interfaces, etc). Otherwise, confident and proactive in accessing resources and helpdesks in learning these marketing software.

The AC website is currently being developed, along with its weekly eNewsletter. Concurrently, its base of subscribers and advertisers are being built.
