The Accounts Executive supports the Operations Manager in all finance-related operations, ensuring smooth management of financial tasks and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations related to account payable and/or received efficiently.
• Handle the full set of account with account payable and/or receivable efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and customers to address financial inquiries and requests.
• Prepare GST schedules as required.
• Manage the preparation of commission payouts.
• Perform accounting functions, including posting entries and assigning account codes in the system.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax officers to address financial queries.
• Undertake additional ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

Job Description

• Prepare and maintain the full set of accounts.
• Perform monthly management reports including relevant schedules.
• Accounts Receivable functions such as ensuring prompt and accurate billings, following up with delayed/non-payments, and other irregularities.
• Accounts Payable functions such as ensuring accurate suppliers' invoices, and preparing cheque/Giro payments.
• Liaise with Bank for Fixed Deposit placement/renewal and do banking errands.
• Assist and manage monthly payroll computation and CPF submission.
• Assist in year-end IR8A tax computation and submission to government authorities.
• Work closely with HR Dept on Payroll Accounting reconciliation.
• Verify staff claims.
• Verify petty cash reimbursement report generated by admin.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
• Prepare GST report quarterly.
• Assist in year-end Audit/Tax matters.
• To coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, and local tax and government authorities where required
• Assist in administration duties if required.
• Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

Requirement

• ITE/LCCI/Diploma in Accountancy
• Min 3 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application
• Able to work independently and multi-task
• Positive personality & disposition, with a good working attitude
• Demonstrates a sense of initiative with the ability to work independently and as a team player
• Meticulous and willing to learn

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating all operations and projects related matter with various team. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure reports and requests are delivered on time. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, PowerPoint presentation and documenting minutes.

2. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.

3. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or deviations from the plan, escalating to Service Delivery Manager (SDM), Project Director (PD) any necessary requirement from customers.

4. Plan, track and monitor the tasks assigned to the managers, team leaders and members

5. Clear and open communication with customers on operations and project issues or clarifications.

6. Assist in creating of PowerPoint presentation and Excel documents.

7. Provide administrative support as needed, such as managing project-related correspondence and other ad-hoc duties.

Job Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent

• Proven 3 years’ experience in project coordination or project management support roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, analyse data, and propose solutions.

• Advance skill sets in Excel and PowerPoint

• Adaptability and flexibility to navigate changing project requirements and priorities.

• Experience in Government IT projects is a plus
